Common Ground Development Corp. (CGDC) is a subsidiary of Community Teamwork, Inc. (CTI). The President of the CGDC Board is Bill Lipchitz, who also serves as the Deputy Executive Director of CTI. As President, Bill oversees the daily operations of CGDC and is involved in all of its projects.

CGDC contracts with Steve Joncas of Joncas and Associates to provide expert development services. Steve has many years of experience in housing development and working with municipal governments and Boards to create and build affordable housing in Massachusetts. He can assemble teams of professionals to deal with every aspect of affordable housing development including the financing, design and construction.

Common Ground also draws on CTI staff to help with administrative aspects of running the corporation including Senior Administrative Assistant Christine DeFeo and CFO Penny Judd as well as Controller for Subsidy Corporations Bob Tremblay.
